DELIVERY POLICY AND CONDITIONS
We use Canada Post (USPS) to ship parcels. These are sent only on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Shipping in Canada is free for all orders over $200 before tax. The usual delivery time is between 2-7 business days to Canada or international shipments (including the United States), the usual transit time is 8-15 business days. Occasionally, items may experience customs delays of several days.
International shipping costs are calculated by weight, size and destination. International orders may be subject to taxes and/or customs charges. Please note that these costs associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer at all times.
Conditions
For orders outside of Canada, currency conversion fees will be charged by your banking institution. This rate may vary, and we are not responsible for your charge. The currency conversion rate of the day of purchase is always used during conversion. Therefore, it is normal that the amount that will appear on your bank statement is not the same as on the invoice. Thank you for your understanding.
